Weeding Out The Stoned is The Game Show of Sobriety Tests. A pack of comedians enter the game. All but one of them are stoned! It's up to all of us to find the sober individual so the entire audience can win sweet prizes. Alex Grubard leads the investigation by taking audience testimony, playing mind games and administering sobriety tests so the crowd can eliminate the high players and find the Narc.

Beginning in 2015 as part of Good Good Comedy Theatre in Philadelphia, Weeding Out The Stoned has traveled the country selling out shows in over a dozen recreational states. The Philadelphia Inquirer says it's one of, "The Best 4/20 Events in the United States." Weeding Out The Stoned has been part of the New York Comedy Festival, The Highlarious Comedy Festival, The 4/20 Expo and Borscht Belt Fest. The Game Show has also had glowing reviews in Gothamist, Time Out New York, BrooklynVegan, NJ.com, Denver Westword, Worcester Telegram, Delaware News Journal, CelebStoner, Emerald Magazine, Rooster Magazine, Seattle Stranger and Portland Mercury. Weeding Out The Stoned has also partnered with the National Organization for the Reformation of Marijuana Legislation to point out the absurdity in federal cannabis prohibition.

Alex Grubard is host and creator of Weeding Out The Stoned and has appeared on mtvU, SiriusXM and CollegeHumor. His debut stand-up album "Let Me Teach You How To Distill Gin" was released on Helium Comedy Records in 2021. Currently Grubard resides in Jersey City, NJ where he hosts popular comedy nights at White Eagle Hall, Corgi Spirits and Pet Shop.
